Lisa Culpepper
PEACE AMBASSADOR | LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY
Originally from South Carolina, Lisa lives with her husband in Lexington, Kentucky. Lisa grew up in a bi-cultural Lebanese family characterized by spoken Arabic and Middle Eastern hospitality. She has been involved cross-culturally for many years through her travels to Eastern Europe, Syria, and Lebanon. In addition, Lisa has led short-term service teams to Moria Refugee Camp in Lesvos Greece as well as hosted Muslim international exchange students. Through these experiences, Lisa felt called to peacemaking among Muslims and Christians through personal relationships, education, and community involvement.
Having graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Mission and Cross-Cultural Studies, Lisa has served the church as a pastor, conference presenter, and speaker. Lisa and her husband David have two young adult children and a goofy golden doodle, Jesse.
