Rebekah Zwanzig

Rebekah Zwanzig is a freelance editor based in Louisville, Kentucky. She studied Arabic in graduate school and lived in Amman, Jordan for a year. She has a Master’s in Religion from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Islamic Studies and Quranic Studies. She also completed all coursework toward a PhD in Comparative Literature at Penn State, where she spent time researching Islam in North America and the circulation of the Qur’an in North America. She uses literary and historical examples of Muslim and Christian cooperation and friendship as a tool for peacemaking.
