Provide Urgent COVID-19 Support for Refugees

COVID-19 has adversely impacted hospitality-related businesses that provide many of the jobs for people who came to Idaho through the refugee resettlement program. As a result, many who came as refugees are unable to meet their monthly expenses because they’ve lost jobs or had their hours significantly reduced.

Help ensure that families who are out of work or have had drastic reductions in their monthly paychecks get food security assistance. This allows families to shift their limited savings toward rent and utility bills and ensures that families have access to nutritional food, essential to their sustained health.
