Hear a former Al-Qaeda recruiter and a former white supremacist share their poignant, painful experiences of getting pulled into and later disowning violent extremism.
The violent extremist-related incidents in recent years have increased regionally, nationally, and internationally. The purpose of this event is twofold: awareness and equipping. The speakers’ stories and insights will help listeners be aware of what pulls people into hatred and what promotes healing and new thinking. The equipping aspect is helping people seek healing for themselves or be an agent of healing for another.
