Diving in and Creating Change: Finding Your Way in Community Peacebuilding

Do you feel called to love your neighbors, seek the peace of the city, and work with others for the good of all?

Flourishing communities grow when neighbors take responsibility and work together for the good of everyone. We all have visions of what a "good" society might look like, and we may have ideas or a desire to shape our own communities for the better. But how do we get started with turning that vision into reality?

When Peace Catalyst staff build peace in our own communities, we get started by using a straightforward process that we think is so simple anyone can do it:

  1. Understand our community and the people and conflicts within it

  2. Connect with others, especially neighbors and groups who are different than us

  3. Collaborate with those others to bring life and peace to the community

Join us for this online conversation where you will:

  1. Dream about the types of change that could transform your community

  2. Learn more about our steps for building peace in a community with an incarnational, relational, and intentional approach

  3. Pick your own "next steps" that you can take to go deeper as a community peacebuilder!

This workshop is designed to be interactive and conversational. We invite you to attend with the intention to set aside other distractions and engage fully.

Because this workshop will feature frequent sharing from participants, it will not be recorded. It is only available as a live event.
